These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Buffaly mobile application, website, and related services ("Buffaly" or the "Service").

Buffaly is a relationship-focused app designed to help couples connect, communicate, share experiences, and strengthen their relationship through interactive features, activities, prompts, and other tools.
Buffaly is not a medical, psychological, counselling, or therapy service and is not a substitute for professional relationship or mental-health advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Buffaly.
By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms.
Some features require you to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control.
You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for fraudulent purposes, or attempt to access another user's account without permission.
Certain Buffaly features may allow you to connect your account with your partner.
You are responsible for ensuring that you connect only with someone who has agreed to connect with you.
Information or activity shared through connected features may become visible to your connected partner as explained within the relevant feature.
Ending a relationship or disconnecting from another user does not necessarily erase information already shared with or seen by that person.
Buffaly may offer free and paid features, including subscription plans and promotional free trials.
Where a 7-day free trial is offered, the applicable subscription may automatically begin after the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Before starting a trial or purchasing a subscription, the applicable price, billing period, renewal conditions, and other required purchase information will be displayed to you.
Subscriptions may automatically renew until cancelled.
If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or another third-party platform, billing, cancellation, and certain refund matters are handled through that platform and are also subject to its applicable terms.
You can cancel a subscription through the subscription management settings of the platform through which you purchased it.
Cancellation normally prevents future renewals. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the relevant platform's policies, it does not retroactively refund amounts already charged.
Prices may vary depending on country, currency, subscription duration, promotions, taxes, and the platform through which you purchase Buffaly.
We may change subscription prices in the future. Any price changes will be communicated and implemented in accordance with applicable law and the rules of the relevant app marketplace.
You may use Buffaly only for lawful personal purposes.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Buffaly, our users, or third parties, or where these Terms have been materially violated.
Buffaly may allow you to submit or create content, including answers, messages, text, images, relationship information, or other materials ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant Q2 Trade Ltd. the limited rights necessary to host, process, store, display, and transmit that content solely for operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to content you submit.
Your privacy is important to us.
Our collection and processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.
Buffaly, including its software, branding, graphics, designs, illustrations, text, features, and other content provided by us, is owned by or licensed to Q2 Trade Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use Buffaly for its intended purpose.
They do not transfer ownership of Buffaly or its intellectual property to you.
Buffaly provides tools intended to encourage communication, connection, and shared experiences.
Results will differ between individuals and relationships.
We do not guarantee that using Buffaly will improve, repair, preserve, or otherwise change a relationship.
Content within Buffaly is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes and should not be considered professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or other professional advice.
If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services.
We aim to keep Buffaly available and functioning reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may update, improve, replace, add, or remove features as the Service develops.
Where a change materially affects a paid service or your legal rights, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.
Buffaly may rely on or interact with third-party services, including app stores, payment processors, authentication providers, hosting infrastructure, analytics providers, or external links.
Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may stop using Buffaly at any time and may request account deletion through the options provided within the Service.
We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, legal requirements, or risks to other users.
Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice before termination.
Buffaly is provided on an "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, that the Service will be completely free from errors, or that Buffaly will achieve a particular personal or relationship outcome.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Q2 Trade Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from your use of Buffaly where such liability may lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
We may update these Terms as Buffaly develops or where necessary because of legal, regulatory, security, or operational changes.
If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
The latest version will be made available through Buffaly or our website together with its effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections they may have under the laws of their country of residence.
If you are an EU consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings before the courts available to you under applicable EU consumer law.
